Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Homegrown’s Shipping Policy

Homegrown accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always open for business.  All orders placed Monday – Saturday before 11:00 AM EST will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the same or next business day.  Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Expedited shipping orders, such as Express Shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline.  All orders are shipped from our location in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania via the United States Postal Service.  Homegrown ships most products* to all 50 states in the USA and follows the standard methods set by the USPS. All terms are subject to change without notice.  We will ship on schedule unless we are unable to do so due to various factors that may cause a delay which are but not limited to the following: (weather delays, packages being misplaced, incorrect addresses given, natural disasters and anything else beyond the reach of Homegrown).

*Select products cannot be shipped to certain states which will be described on an individual product page as the policies/laws vary product to product and state to state.*
We do not ship orders after 5:00 PM EST on Saturdays, Sundays, or during the following holidays :

All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping! Just choose free shipping at checkout.
  • Discount Shipping  – $8.99
  • Priority Shipping – $12.99
  • Priority Shipping w/ Signature Required – $16.99
  • Express Shipping – $32.99
For all orders over $250 a signature will be required unless requested otherwise. If requested to leave without a signature, liability of the package will be the full responsibility of the customer.

Signature Required Shipping

Choose this method of shipping if you would like to be present when the package is delivered.  This option is useful in areas where mail theft is more prevalent.  Signature Required Shipping is sent via Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days for delivery.  The package will only be released with the signature of the person on file who the order is being delivered to.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Homegrown is not responsible for any lost or stolen package. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
If your order has not been delivered after 2 weeks from purchase, please contact us with your order number at info@homegrowncbdstore.com so we may assist. Once you have reported your missing package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If an order is lost due to the fault of the USPS or Homegrown, we will resend your package after attempts have been made to recover the original. In the event an order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, we sill do our best to help you track it down, however, we are not responsible to resend any order.

Items Broken Upon Delivery

Homegrown will replace an item that arrives broken upon delivery with proper notification to us of said damage.  All broken items must be reported to us in writing or by telephone within 24 hours of your order being marked delivered via your tracking link and our shipping platform.  Failure to notify of damage in a timely manner can result in denial of replacement.


All orders are shipped via USPS. When your order ships from our location, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number to the email used when purchasing from our website. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at www.usps.com.

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused through no fault of Homegrown, you are responsible for the following:
  • Original and return shipping / handling costs
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Homegrown’s Return Policy

All CBD product, hemp product, and other cannabis product sales on homegrowncbdstore.com and in store at any of our locations are final. We will honor full refunds (minus shipping and handling) for strictly unopened non consumable items returned within 7 days of delivery date. If you are unsure of whether or not the product you are looking to buy is eligible for a refund, ask us directly via email at info@homegrowncbdstore.com, by phone at 570-801-6443, or assume that the product is not eligible for any kind of return as most of our products are not and Homegrown does reserve the right to deny a return of any product sold online or in stores. This policy is in place to protect the end consumer. We receive products directly from the farmer or manufacturer which ensures product integrity. Accepting a return of a product once it leaves the shop would undermine the integrity and safety of our products so we simply do not accept returns on any consumable items.

Used products of any kind are not eligible for a return or refund. For refunds on orders placed but not shipped we will refund you once your deposit has reached our account. There is a $5 restocking fee on all returns / refunds. An additional minimum fee of $1 USD will be kept by Homegrown to cover processing fees on ALL cancelled, returned, and/or refunded orders.
Money refunded will be sent back to the account used to make a purchase from our website unless notice is given to us prior to the return. Once the money is refunded it is a closed deal. There will be no secondary refunds given for incorrect payment information.
If eligible for a return, we will send you a shipping label that is valid for 7 days. If you do not ship out in the 7 day window you may be liable for any shipping charges involved.
Although refunds are normally processed within 1-2 days of receiving a returned product / refund request, the process may take upwards to 14 days for return to be fully completed. Return deposits will be available in your account 2-7 days after our process is complete.
